One of the loveliest tbings about our campsite is seeing the children simply being children. Over tge years, our warden has picked up all sorts if toys, games, buckets, spades and little treasures from lical car boot sales, and they've become part of campsite life all year round. From tractors and dinosaurs to colouring books and board games. The thrones of games are always a favourite stop for our younger campers.Children are welcome to borrow toys and take them back yo the tents, caravans or campervans to play during their stay. It's amazing how much joy a simple toy can bring - in fact this little lady is called Joy and she plans to bring some toys to leave at the campsite the next time she comes to stay. ... Another 2 groups smashed their orienteering tasks last night in preparation for their Duke of Edinburgh's Expedition. Map reading, team work, decision making and plenty of laughs along the way! LAST PITCH ALERT - BANK HOLIDAY WEEKENDRight folks...this is it...the very last pitch for the bank holiday weekend and it looks like tge weatger will be good. We've got one final spot up for grabs just a stone's tgow from the beautiful Tentsmuir Forest - think ling sandy walks, fresh sea air, and maybe even a cheeky ice cream.
